Created in September 1993, and originally run from University of Toronto, NurseNet is an open, unmoderated, global electronic conference for discourse about diverse nursing issues in the areas of nursing administration, nursing education, nursing practice, and nursing research. NURSENET is also used to make announcements of events, services, and products of interest to nurses.
